Taylor Fijan

Managing Principal

Mr. Fijan is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Westgrove Partners.  He is responsible for Westgrove Partners’ portfolio and company operations, including financial and investor reporting. He also oversees the company’s transactions and is a co-head of its acquisitions department.

Mr. Fijan has over 10 years of real estate investment experience.  Prior to forming Westgrove Partners he held the title of Senior Vice President at Aragon Holdings where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s West Coast acquisitions and asset management.  During his tenure, Mr. Fijan played a critical role in growing the company’s portfolio of assets from $30MM to nearly $2B in seven years.

Mr. Fijan was individually responsible for sourcing and closing over $600MM in multifamily investments in major markets across the Western, Midwestern and Southeastern United States.  He was instrumental in the creation and implementation of the company’s operational processes and overall organizational strategy (fund structure, investment criteria, and investor relations). 

Mr. Fijan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Real Estate Finance concentration from the University of Southern California. 

Christian Meier

Managing Principal

Mr. Meier is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Westgrove Partners. He is responsible for the company’s joint-venture equity & capital formation efforts while managing its lender relationships and debt procurement. He also handles the company’s tech and sustainability efforts and serves as a co-head of its acquisitions department. 

Prior to forming Westgrove, Mr. Meier was the Regional Director of Sales at Hightower, a leading real estate technology company. After scaling from 18 to 104 employees across 8 global offices, they merged with their competitor (VTS). 

Previously, Mr. Meier was a Senior Associate at Steadfast Companies, where he focused on capital formation & fundraising as a registered securities professional. During his tenure at Steadfast they launched a private REIT platform which raised $750MM in equity and acquired 17,000 units with a total capitalization of $1.65BN. 

Mr. Meier holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Finance and Management concentration from the University of Southern California.
